Both bat bugs and bird bugs are extremely similar the bed bugs both in appearance and behavior so they are often mistaken for bed bugs. This is especially true when a bat infestation of bird infestation is present on a structure. The bat bugs and bird bugs can work their way into the structure and if they do, they’ll hide in pretty much the same places that bed bugs would: mattress’s, furniture, clothing, etc. I’d say this is a pretty good reason to get rid of a bat problem or bird problem, wouldn’t you?
